Kek & topping coklat

Adoi aii... teringin nak makan kek coklat yang ekstra ekstra ekstra lembap. Teringat kat kek coklat yang dibeli sebulan yang lepas. Cam kat gambar bawah ni. Kisahnya bermula ketika menghadiri ceramah Cikgu-Saya. Ecehhh. Sambar 3 bekas lagi. Dapat harga rm5 daripada rm6.90 sekotak. Tedapnyerrrrr.



Rasa coklat agak kurang terangkat tapi masih dalam kategori sedap. 

"Kalau nak sedap, buatlah sendiri!"

Haaa.. ni nak buat sendiri. Berusaha mencari resipi. Hasil dari google, dapat ler resipi yang terbaik dan ringkas.

Ingredients 

2 Cups Flour (480 ml)
2 Cups Sugar (480 ml)
¾ Cup Hershey's Cocoa (180 ml)
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (Optional) This will make the cake rise just a little bit more than using the Baking Soda only
2 Eggs (I use large eggs)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Buttermilk (240 ml)
Note that you can freeze buttermilk so you have it to make another buttermilk chocolate cake recipe later.Can't find buttermilk?Here's how to make a substitute...Add 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar or Lemon Juice to a measuring cup. Add milk and fill to 1 cup (240 ml). Let it stand for 5 minutes. 
1 Cup Mazola Vegetable Oil (240 ml)
Note: Mazola is Corn Oil. Any quality brand will work.

1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water (240 ml)

You can use 1 Cup of strong coffee instead of the boiling water. Doing so intensifies the chocolate flavor. If you're making it for children you might want to stick with the boiling water.

Preparation
  1. Preheat Oven to 300° F (150° C)
  2. (This is not a typo! This is a slow bake chocolate cake recipe.)
  3. Use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the 
  4. 9 x 13 in. Baking Dish. 
  5. (Note: You can this recipe for cupcakes and as a layer cake. 
  6. I included the baking times for each option below.)
  7. Place all the ingredients on the left except the cup of boiling water into a mixing bowl.
  8. Mix at medium or medium high speed. After about 1 minute add the 1 cup of boiling water. Then continue to mix until all ingredients are blended and smooth.
  9. Pour into greased and floured baking dish
  10. Bake for...
  11. 9" x 13" Baking Dish Bake for 
  12. 1 hr. 
  13. (or)
  14. Cupcakes: 22 - 23 min. 
  15. Be sure to use cupcake liners.
  16. (or)
  17. Two 8 in. Round Cake Pans - 45 min.
  18. Test by sticking in the middle with a knife. If it comes out clean... it's done! If not put it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes and then test again.
  19. Allow to cool.

Ingredients 

8 ounces (227g) good semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules


Preparation

Cook the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and instant coffee in the top of a double boiler over simmering water until smooth and warm, stirring occasionally.

Idea nak buat choc. ganache adalah cam kat video ni.

Berehat

Sekarang mood berehat. Beberapa minggu lalu, jadual hujung minggu yang padat. Ke sana sini dengan beberapa urusan. Keletihan tapi puas membantu sedara mara. Hidup tak boleh pentingkan diri sendiri. Kita perlu berkorban membantu orang-orang disekeliling kita. Kesenangan dan kemudahan yang kita ada bukan hakmilik kita sepenuhnya. Bila-bila masa, Allah akan ambil jika kita leka, lupa diri. Jadi, kesenangan dan kemudahan yang kita ada, perlu juga dikongsi.

Masak!: Muffin coklat pertama saya


Sempena cuti agak panjang, saya telah mencuba resipi muffin coklat. 
Saya telah melakukannya dua hari berturut-turut.
